If you are planning a visit to New York Central's Paper Department,our address is the following:

SHIPPING

Our minimum order is $15.00 exclusive of tax (New York State only) and shipping. We ship Via Federal Express Economy, which has proven to be an excellent carrier for our fine papers. You may, however, specify other carriers of your choice.

Shipping and insurance charges are approximately 15% of the total invoice. Please keep in mind that charges vary according to weight, size and destination of merchandise. For this reason, smaller orders of papers will automatically be rolled for shipping, unless you specify otherwise. Also, orders of different styles, weights and sizes of sheets may require more than one package to insure their safety.

Shipping costs can be quoted by phone, fax or email. Overnight, Second-Day and Third-Day services are available for an additional charge.

We pack your merchandise with extreme care and double check the contents of all packages. Please unpack and inspect shipments AS SOON AS you receive them. If any item arrives damaged, please notify the delivery carrier first, and then us.

All claims pertaining to damage and missing items must be made within 15 days.

OPENING AN ACCOUNT

To open an account, we require one of the following:

• A satisfactory listing in Dun and Bradstreet
• A list of three commercial companies with whom you purchase on an open account basis and your account number along with the name and address of your bank.

Official purchase orders from institutions are accepted. Invoices are net 30 days.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Price quotations by mail, fax, or email will be honored for 30 days from date of quotation.

3. Because paper is fragile, no returns or exchanges are allowed. No exceptions, please!

PAPER ASSORTMENT POLICY

As of this writing, we are beginning to publish the single sheet pricing on the website. This pricing is valid for a purchase of one and up to 24 sheets of one kind of paper. The next bracket, which would afford a discount on this price is also not assortable. If you wish to purchase 25-99 sheets of any one type of paper, please email or call us for the discount off the website published price.

Assortment privileges begin at 100 sheets, where you can purchase an assortment of not less than 100 sheets and not more than 499 sheets, but must purchase each paper type in a minimum of 10 sheet lots.  Hereagain, if you have a list prepared, we'd be happy to give you a quotation based on this assortment.

There are additional price breaks for 500 and 1000 sheet purchases; each requires a minimum of at least 25 sheets per type of paper in the case of the 500 sheet assortment, and 100 sheets per type of paepr in the case of the 1,000 sheet assortment.

When we speak about a type of paper, we mean one paper, one color, one weight and one size.
